Dwight should have run to the weigh station! He was only shadowed by Brandon because Brandon can run faster!...Getting old is no fun! Nice goin’ Guys! Alex also turned in a respectable fish to place on the board with the others. Someone finally broke Byrnes’ run on the live release prize... Unbelievable!! The new chefs put on a great roast beef dinner complete with a fish boil and were awesome hosts. The ceremonies featured some great prises and new, exciting merchandise. A somewhat more reserved event than that of the fall of 2010, but a great relaxing day for friends to just spend time together and appreciate what we have. 69 participants in the derby and a great crowd of supporters turned out to rally behind the Ontario Steeelheaders! Membership renewal was very high and the draw prizes were very well received. Thanks again to Dave and Darlene Munro, the event organisers, for their very first Derby.. It was great!
